Our pricing is determined by the number of people you engage with each month and the features you choose. We support businesses of all sizes. If you need a customized plan, please reach out to us.
What is a user?
A user is any individual in your organization or someone you’ve granted access to, who can log into your CX Cards account. You can assign different access levels to ensure team members only access the features relevant to them.
What happens if I exceed my response limit for the month?
If you exceed your response limit, you will be automatically billed for the next set of responses in your tier.
Do you offer monthly pricing?
Yes, we offer monthly plans, but you can save 20% annually by choosing our yearly plan.
Do you offer invoicing?
Yes, we can set up invoicing through your finance team instead of credit card billing. Just let us know, and we’ll arrange it.
Do you offer special plans for nonprofits?
Yes, eligible nonprofits can receive a 30% discount for the first year.
