Connecting Surveyapp to your Salesforce Instance

Add your Salesforce connection to Surveyapp after installing the CX Cards package on Salesforce.

Integration Steps

  1. In the Surveyapp web app, navigate to the “Connections” tab and select the “Salesforce” tab.

  2. Click “Add a Salesforce Connection”. Give your Salesforce connection a name and specify if it is a Sandbox for testing or if you are using a Production instance. 

  3. You’ll be redirected to Salesforce. If prompted, enter your login credentials.

  4. Authorize the Surveyapp CX Cards connection and click “Allow” to complete the setup.
